The elbow protection is especially long, going more than halfway up your arm. The fabric is really strong and won't get scratched easily. Inside, there's a thermal layer you can take out. It's attached with a zipper and some extra fasteners, and there's a velcro strap you can adjust. This layer isn't too thick, but it keeps you warm on cold days. So, this jacket is perfect for winter, spring, and autumn."
