Q3: Not Heating Enough / Temperature Difference Between Left and Right—What should I do?
A:
1. Check the Battery Connection: Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely connected to the glove.
2. Swap Batteries: Switch the batteries between the gloves to see if the issue moves with the battery.
3. Verify the Settings: Ensure both gloves are set to the same temperature level.
4. This product uses NTC temperature control to ensure a comfortable temperature, so it may not feel very hot (i.e., it will not burn your hands).
5. Variations in hand size and how the gloves are worn may cause differences in temperature. After prolonged use, the temperature sensation will converge.
Solution: If the problem persists, it could be a heating element issue. Please contact customer support.
Q4: My glove’s battery isn’t charging. How can I fix this?
A:
1. Check the Charger and Cable: Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning. Test them with another device if possible.
2. Inspect the Charging Port: Check for debris or damage in the battery’s charging port.
3. Try a Different Outlet: Use a different outlet to rule out issues with the current one.
4. Reset the Battery: Disconnect and reconnect the battery to see if that helps.
Solution: If the battery still won’t charge, it may be defective. Please contact customer support.
Q5: My glove shuts off unexpectedly. What should I do?
A:
1. Check the Battery Level: Ensure the battery is fully charged. A low battery may cause the glove to shut off.
2. Inspect for Overheating: The glove might automatically shut off to prevent overheating. Let it cool down before using it again.
Solution: If the glove continues to shut off unexpectedly, it may need inspection by the manufacturer.
