2. Shipping Costs

3. Return & Refund Process

Approval: You will receive a return address and instructions via email within 1-3 business days.

Ship Item:

For defective items: Use the prepaid return label provided.

For non-defective returns: Ship at your own cost (retain tracking details).

Deadline: Provide the tracking number within 7 business days of approval.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Allow 3-10 additional business days for bank processing.

4. Exchange Process

Ship Item: Follow returns' shipping rules (prepaid label for defects, self-paid otherwise).

New Item Shipment: The replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days after confirming the returned item.

6. European Union (EU) Provisions
