Nice quality. The fit is on the small side. Get a size larger than you normally would. Customer service is based in China; USA fulfillment is via Amazon. It is fairly difficult to exchange items if they do not fit, are defective, or are under warranty.

there was a slight rip in the pocket on arrival, i was compensated 10 dollers. stitched up my self and all good now,

The size I ordered fits me well. It's snug but not too tight. It appears to be well made. It's just arrived and I have only tried the heating function once. Even on the lowest heat setting it heated up very quickly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Took 10 days to arrive so patience required. Would suggest using another courier - ParcelForce were terrible. However, it was worth the wait/courier issues. I am very happy with this vest. It fits perfectly and looks great. Good pocket space. Worn at work as well as on the bike, so cycle between all heat settings or off. My battery goes from 4 lights down to 1 or 2 by the end of a working day which is pretty fair. Has become one of my favourite pieces of bike gear.

Arrived within a week. Great item, tried it out at the football the other evening and really made a difference on a freezing night.
Don’t have a bike as yet so not able to comment otherwise.
As for sizing, I’m normally between a large and XL depending on where I buy my clothes from - so went for an XL - fit is snug but that’s what you want to go underneath hoodie/jacket - also has elasticated sides and zip can be undone from bottom too.
Will probably need to get a bigger power bank though - borrowed the wife’s 5kwh power bank which is nice and small but only lasted 2hrs.
Overall very happy.

I first used the vest yesterday, a dry day with one heavy shower of rain; the outside temperature was between three and five centigrade. Wind chill to 0 degrees.
I was on my motorcycle for three hours with one half hour break. I was lovely and warm, the vest worked well where I would normally have gotten quite cold.
I would add that I also have the RideIron heated gloves which I have used a over the last two winters and they are also great!

Arrived quickly to the UK, no power bank supplied.
Luckily I had a spare.
Fully charged, on medium heat it lasted about 5 hours, kept me warm on a cold day motorbike riding.
Vest looks good and looks a quality item . So far I can recommend.

The vest itself is a quality item which works as predicted however, the size is not very generous and larger sizes should be made available.
The delivery time of 4 weeks is not acceptable The world does not stop because of Christmas.
Communication was very good.

Fantastic bit of kit. Was wearing it recently on a ride and it started to snow, the waistcoat kept me warm and able to concentrate on riding rather than thinking how cold I was getting if I didn't have it on.
Also wear it taking the dog for a walk in the cold weather.

This is an excellent heated gilet and ideal for riding through winter cold spells. I normally wear a size large T-shirt and chose a large gilet. It fits snugly, so if you prefer a looser fit, I’d recommend sizing up. Overall, I’d highly recommend it—especially for anyone who rides all year round.

Having used the Rideiron vest on several occasions, both out on the motorbike in temperatures as low as 4 degrees and just general wearing during the cold days & nights, I can thoroughly recommend having one.
Providing that you offer it up to the biggest power bank that you have or can afford, this will give you maximum heat settings for the longest time. I have been using both a 5000 and 10000 mAh power bank which will give me on the lowest setting around 4 hours give or take. My power banks are many years old so are probably not as efficient as more modern equivalents.
Regarding sizes, I have other gilets which are a small in size, Rideiron only sell medium and upwards, the medium fits me like a glove. So you might be best to go up a size.

Bought for as much my morning walk as going out in winter on my motorcycle. Works very well! And so much better than my old equivalent that needed to be plugged in to a battery! For the price, can’t be beaten! 👍
